Compared with other connections, the connection requirements of the terminal part are more stringent, and the reliability of the electrical connection must be achieved through the mechanical connection of the associated parts.

For most of the motors, the motor winding wires are led out through the wiring system, that is, through the wiring board to realize the connection with the power supply. There are two important links involved in the wiring system: the first link is the connection between the motor winding and the terminal block, and the second link is the connection between the power line and the terminal block.

The connection of the wiring system involves an important content, that is, how to ensure that the connection does not become loose during the operation of the motor, because once the connection is loose, the most direct consequence is that due to poor connection, it will cause local heating and even affect the winding temperature rise of the motor , the motor circuit breaker problem occurs in the limit state.

In conventional motor products, in order to make the connection of the wiring system reliable, a combination of flat washers and spring washers is generally used in the connectors. The spring washers can prevent loosening and increase the pre-tightening force, while flat washers do not have this function. , it can be used to increase the fastening contact area, prevent the friction between the bolt and the workpiece, protect the surface of the connecting piece, and prevent the surface of the workpiece from being scratched when the bolt and nut are tightened. The combined use of the two can ensure the connection loosening problem during the operation of the motor.

However, it should be emphasized here that the connection between the motor wiring system and other parts is special in that during the operation of the motor, especially the continuous operation with a relatively high temperature rise of the motor, due to the heat conduction of the conductor, the associated zero in the wiring system The components are all affected by heat and vibration factors, and the probability of loosening of the connection part is relatively high. Especially for the elastic gaskets that prevent loosening, if the material does not meet the requirements, the elastic force may be insufficient or even lose elasticity. The reliability of the system is extremely unfavorable. Therefore, when motor manufacturers purchase such items, they must use formal channels to prevent the occurrence of motor quality accidents.

Elastic washers that can prevent bolts or nuts from loosening. According to the actual use, some products will use internal tooth elastic washers, external tooth elastic washers, wave spring washers and disc spring washers, etc. The selection of elastic washers should be based on applicability , convenience, economy, reliability and other comprehensive evaluation and consideration.
