1. Working principle of wet grinding machine
This stainless steel wet grinding machine is suitable for wet grinding grains such as rice, soybeans, and corn. It features a rational structure, compact size, light weight, attractive appearance, easy cleaning, low noise, and energy efficiency. It saves time and effort, offers reliable and stable performance, and is easy to operate.
The wet grinding machine separates pulp into fine fibers. This equipment minimizes fiber cutting and significantly enhances napping. Its strong fiber toughness effectively preserves the length of short fibers from hardwood and straw pulps. It increases the beating degree by 15-30 SR. Compared to traditional beaters and disc mills, its efficiency is 3-4 times higher. High-concentration mills can be used standalone, in series, or in parallel.
The grinding machine primarily consists of a feeding system and a refining system. The feeding system comprises an electric motor, a V-belt pulley, a speed reducer, and a feed spiral. The speed reducer is driven by an asynchronous motor, and the feed spirals are connected in parallel to achieve both feeding and grinding. The slurry system primarily comprises a refining chamber, a grinding disc, an adjustment mechanism, and a coupling.

The working principle of a wet grinding machine is that after pretreatment such as cleaning and soaking, the material enters the hopper and enters the mill. Under the action of centrifugal force, it moves relative to the upper and lower sand plates. Due to the combined effects of impact, compression, shearing, friction, and tearing on the sand plates, the material is ground from the inside out, from coarse to fine, along the sand plate surfaces. The circular disc and two rotating grinding discs mounted on the turntable form two grinding zones. By changing the grinding discs with different tooth profiles, the beating requirements of various slurries can be met. The slurry enters the center of the grinding zone through two inlet pipes. Under the action of centrifugal force and inlet pressure, it passes through the grinding zone, where the kneading and compression of the toothed discs complete the beating process.
2. How to use the grinding machine
1. Before use, loosen the buckle and open the lid.
2. Check whether the upper and lower grinding wheels are firmly installed, then turn on the power so that the rotation direction of the grinding wheel must be consistent with the mark.
3. After the inspection, close the cover and lock the buckle. After adding water, slowly turn the handle. If you can hear a clicking sound at the slag outlet, you can use it.
4. Clean the raw beans and debris and soak them in water.
5. Put the soaked materials into the hopper, turn on the tap to start the grinder motor, and then turn the adjustment handle to make the soy milk concentration better.
6. During the operation, you need to adjust the water volume and adjust the handle to operate slowly to avoid overloading the motor and burning the motor due to friction of the grinding wheel.
7. After refining, clean the residue on the hopper with water, filter it with clean water and shake it dry.
8. Turn off the refiner.

3. Precautions for using wet grinding machine
a. Before using the machine, you must operate it according to regulations and not violate any regulations.
b. When installing the refiner, pay attention to the lower end of the spout to prevent water from entering the water tank.
c. Keep the grinding wheel in a small gap state and do not crush it to prevent the motor from heating up.
d. Do not cut off the water supply suddenly during operation. If there is no water, please stop the machine and clean out the remaining materials before working again.
e. Avoid driving on alternative materials to prevent excessive load and damage to the motor.
f. To ensure safety, do not open the cover to test the machine to avoid injury.
g. Do not block the water outlet during cleaning and do not stop the machine to prevent water from entering the motor.
