Hyundai applies for electric vehicle vibration seat patent

According to foreign media reports, Hyundai Motor has submitted a patent related to the car vibration seat to the European Patent Office (EPO). The patent shows that the vibrating seat will be able to alert the driver in an emergency and simulate the physical shock of a fuel vehicle.

Hyundai sees smooth ride as one of the advantages of electric vehicles, but the absence of internal combustion engines, transmissions and clutches can also irritate some drivers, the report said. The introduction of this patent is very important to some drivers who like performance cars, the effects of noise and physical vibrations. Therefore, Hyundai Motor decided to apply for this patent.
