Advantages of PMSM Motor:

1. 5kW PMSM motor & controller is cheaper comparing to 5kW AC ones.

2. No matter in terms of dimension or weight, PMSM motor outdoes AC motor. It is smaller in size and weight less, which will save more room for battery and transportation fee.

3. From the view of performance, according to one of our clients:” PMSM motor system gave me a better feeling of driving. It is more smooth and comfortable, without vibration whatever accelerate or stop.” (He is from Thailand and used AC motor before). We have test data to support that.

4. More inportantly, the efficiency of PMSM motor is higher, up to 98%. It means it has more cruising range (20% farther). Suppose a car with AC motor drive 100km, it can drive 120km with PMSM motor (at the same motor power & battery capacity).

Quality Management

The quality assurance department will supervise the production process and the test equipment can insure the product quality.

Normal package is wooden box and it will be fumigated. Sometimes cartons will be chosen if by air. If there are any special requirements, please talk to our sales person.
