Working principle:
The plastic shredder uses two motors to independently drive two main shafts to rotate in opposite directions. The moving blades on the main shafts mesh together to create shearing action, with the blade tips cutting against the cylindrical surface of the blade sleeves. The torque and speed difference of the main shafts create tearing, thus achieving the shredding effect. Because of the meshing of the moving blades, automatic feeding is possible. During low-speed, high-torque production, shaft entanglement or equipment jamming will not occur, thereby improving production efficiency.
