News from the National Development and Reform Commission: In order to select and publish the “Green Technology Promotion Catalog (2024 Edition)”, according to the requirements of the “Notice on the Organization and Recommendation of Green Technologies by the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission and other 8 departments” (Fagaibanhuanzi [2024] No. 528, hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”), the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council organized relevant central enterprises and provincial development and reform departments to review and recommend a number of green technologies together with relevant departments. And formed the “List of Technologies to be Included in the Green Technology Promotion Catalog (2024 Edition)” for public display. Technology name: Key technologies and applications for design and manufacturing of green and efficient three-phase asynchronous motors
Process technology content: Use unequal turn winding and stator large and small slot technology to reduce stator copper loss; use rotor low-pressure aluminum casting technology, rotor filling rate reaches 95%, effectively reducing rotor copper loss; use rotor closed slot technology to reduce motor stray loss. Comprehensively combine various technologies to effectively reduce the amount of main materials while ensuring motor performance.
Main technical parameters: frame size 80~450, power 0.75~1000kW; rated voltage 380V/660V; base frequency 50Hz.
Application cases: (1) Qian’an Sinochem Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. Energy-saving renovation project. Construction scale: 280 YQE5 (YE5) first-class energy-efficient motors, with a total installed capacity of 20,000 kilowatts. Ecological benefits: The project reduces carbon emissions by 400 tons per year. ( 2) Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Energy-saving renovation project. Construction scale: 1,500 YQE5 (YE5) first-class energy-efficient motors, with a total installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts. Ecological benefits: The project reduces carbon emissions by 2,000 tons per year.

Technology name: Winding permanent magnet coupling speed regulation technology
Process technology content: Dual rotor contactless magnetic transmission, speed regulation mode is slip power low voltage small power feedback speed regulation. The rotor winding adopts a special design of distributed winding and end glue filling. The process has the characteristics of low loss and high strength. The control system is equipped with resistance speed regulation redundancy to improve the system reliability of the speed regulation device. This technology solves the problem of slip power waste in the speed regulation of slip equipment and the harmonic problem of high-voltage frequency conversion.
Main technical parameters: power range 1.5~5000kW, matching motor pole number 2, 4, 6, 8, 10,12, etc., speed regulation range 0%~99%, vibration ≤2.8mm/s, efficiency 96%~98%.
Application Cases: Case 1: Tianjin Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. Second (360) Sintering Dust Removal Fan Permanent Magnet Speed Regulator Renovation Project. Construction Scale: 1 set of 630kW winding type permanent magnet coupling speed regulation system, 1 set of 1440kW winding type permanent magnet coupling speed regulation system. Ecological Benefits: The project saves 4.7691 million kWh of electricity per year, equivalent to 1445.04 tons of standard coal, and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 2719.82 tons.
Case 2: Zhejiang Zhuji Bafang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. 4#, 5# boiler primary air blower (710kW/900kW) permanent magnet speed regulator transformation project. Construction scale: 1 set of 710kW/winding type permanent magnet coupling speed regulation system, 1 set of 900kW winding type permanent magnet coupling speed regulation system. Ecological benefits: The project saves 4.1601 million kWh of electricity per year, equivalent to 1,260.51 tons of standard coal, and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 2,372.51 tons.
