The structure of the electric tricycle

Electric tricycles began to develop in China around 2001. Due to their advantages such as moderate price, clean electric energy, environmental protection and energy saving, and simple operation, they have developed rapidly in China. Manufacturers of electric tricycles have sprung up like mushrooms after rain. Electric tricycles have developed from traditional single-function tricycles to electric sightseeing cars, electric ATVs, old scooters, and electric carts. In the past two years, electric 4-wheelers similar to cars have appeared.

But no matter which style the electric tricycle develops into, its basic structure generally consists of a body part, an electrical instrument part, a power and transmission part, and a control and braking part.

Body part: The whole vehicle is mainly supported by the frame, rear body, front fork, seat, front and rear wheels, etc.

Electrical instrument part: It is composed of display lights, instrument indication display devices, speakers and other audio equipment, chargers, etc. It is the main device to reflect the movement state of the vehicle;

And the power transmission part: this part is the key point of the electric tricycle, mainly composed of electric motor, bearing, transmission sprocket, transmission and so on. The working principle is that after the circuit is connected, the drive motor rotates to drive the driving wheel to brake, and pushes the other two driven wheels to drive the vehicle. At present, most electric vehicles adopt continuously variable speed, and control the motor speed through different output voltages. Most of the electric tricycle models with large load capacity use the intermediate motor or differential motor as the drive system to make the vehicle taller and more powerful.

Manipulation and braking part: It consists of a handlebar with a speed regulating device and a braking device, which is mainly used to control the driving direction, driving speed and braking.
