Product Description
The structure of the electric forklift motor is simpler than that of the internal combustion forklift. The picture shows the 1DC type 1t straight fork balance heavy electric forklift motor.
The basic construction of an electric forklift motor consists of the following components:
1. Power unit: battery pack. Standard battery voltages are 24, 30, 48, and 72V.
2. Frame: is the frame of the forklift, welded with steel and steel. Almost all parts of the forklift are mounted on the frame. It is subjected to various loads during operation, so it should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
3. Transmission: The power of the motor is transmitted to the driving wheel of the forklift.
4. Steering system: control the driving direction of the forklift.
5. The brake system: make the forklift drive slow down and stop.
6. Motor and electrical system: The electrical system controls the motor through various components to achieve the start, stop, reversing and speed regulation of the forklift, and to the oil pump motor or hydraulic pressure.
