According to the company’s business strategy and development plan, the company plans to establish a subsidiary, Fangde Zhiqu (Shanghai) Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., in Anting Town, Shanghai, to invest in the construction of the “Founder Motor Shanghai R&D and Manufacturing Headquarters”. The project is expected to invest 500 million yuan, of which Fixed asset investment is 400 million yuan, and working capital is 100 million yuan. It is expected to start construction next year and achieve revenue of 460 million yuan and tax revenue of 46 million yuan after reaching full production.
The project is planned to be located at Lot 21-02B in the Anting Ring Tongji area, bounded by Kerui Road (planned) to the east, Junxian Road (planned) to the south, Jiasong North Road to the west, and the plot boundary to the north. It covers an area of approximately 16.78 square meters acres, with an above-ground construction area of 22,380 square meters.
